didnt like anything about this property. Staff couldnt figure out how to change channels on lobby/bar TV's. wanted to watch NFL game and have a glass of wine, they couldnt find wine glasses, and limited wine and none chilled. so I left and went to another retaurant. came back to my room and TV remote wouldn't work so TV wouldnt turn on, front desk gal went and found two off brand batteries and finally got TV to work. she also told me several times management has changed and it isn;t going smoothly, she said even wifi carrier is inferior and intermittent internet apparenlty, she told me that without me asking. I will never stay here or any Hyatt Place again. Worst hotel experience Ive ever had of any brand.

My hotel stay was excellent, and I will definitely be back! The hotel is located in a fairly industrial area, but is very close to grocery stores and restaurants and the location is very safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that parking was free and plentiful! I didn’t eat breakfast there or use any of the amenities, but the room was great and the property was clean.

I stayed in room 236. The toilet was broken when I arrived and checked in one hour early. I had to use a room with a broken toilet for two days. I want a refund.

The hotel rooms are showing wear and tear on some walls, doors, furniture. We had a couple of lamps that were broken, shampoo pumps were broken and when asked for replacement they never came. They offer free parking so that was nice. The free breakfast was the best part. They had a variety of breakfast foods, not just the usual fruit and bagels. I'm talking eggs, bacon, potatoes, french toast, make-your-own waffles, yogurts, bagels, english muffins, oatmeal and all the fixings. Otherwise I'm not sure I'd stay there again for the price. Rooms can use some upgrading or repairs.

The rooms were not maintained properly Microwave was poorly maintained , broken, Fridge was not cooling and very shaky Bathroom , soaps bottle were broken so had to get soap from outside Very limitied option for breakfast and no names on food. Had to ask the personabout what is the food being give . Bagels cutter was missing so had to cut bagle by hand . I had stayed in Hayat place before in other cities hut thos particulat hotel was not upto the mark.

restaurant was under renovation- bar was a 4 seat extension of the front desk first room- tv didn't work- phone didn't work. second room tv worked- phone didn't work. phone never did work I stayed there to have a restaurant and bar handy NO SUCH LUCK! outside pool basically under room window- kids in pool screaming until 10 pm' Will NEVER recommend that place!
