"Very pleasant staff, both at the reception desk and valet parking. Liked the free unlimited bottled waters and fruits at the reception are. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The location is a little bit far from city center but didn’t seem unsafe. "

"My big complaint was the notification that I was emailed hours before arriving. I was instructed that there was no designated parking for hotel guests. And to not park on behind the hotel or on the west side which is reserved for restaurant customers. Parking there would have you towed. There is no other place to park."

"The staff was very helpful and considerate. I didn't tell them, but I was checking in due to an unexpected incident at home and was feeling very down. The staff member was personable and welcoming, going the extra mile, and it made a major difference. If needs be I'll be extending my stay, if possible, and thanks to the accommodations, I look forward to it."

"This property was wonderful and exceeded my expectations! There was plenty to do and see nearby within walking distance. The only downside was the noisy construction across the street, which also made the outside area look a little messy. However, I do understand construction is out of your control!! I would most definitely stay here again, I would even live here if I could!"

"There for less than 24 hours, but it was long enough to know this was a special place. Room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, food was delicious between the complementary breakfast and the onsite restaurant, pool/lounge area was exceptional. By far the best part, though, was the staff. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned with making sure our stay was wonderful - and they succeeded. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Tempe area!"
