"In Chandkheda, this is probably the nicest hotel available in Ahmedabad. We have family nearby and will always use this hotel when we visit. The food for breakfast was always tasty with very attentive service. It was all-vegetarian, at least for breakfast. The kitchen is modern and clean, as is the restaurant and the reception area. "The staff there were very helpful and went out of the way in getting some carryout breakfast very early in the morning during checkout. Rooms are clean, spacious but not carpeted. The place is suitable for visitors to witness major sports event and such. Not really suitable for business visitors. "

"Will never stay there again, first of all the guy on front desk is moody and rude, he has 0 customer service skills. Secondly - the beddings were dirty and had marks on them as well as the towels. Thirdly - I could not sleep the whole 2 nights I was staying there due to a RAT in my room. Yes! A RAT! I complained and not much happened, they would not even give a refund but as it was 11pm it was too late to move. The Rat kept me up the whole night and ruined my stay"

"Good- Very convenient for Gandhi Ashram. Bad- Not clean enough by western standards, bathroom cleaning rudimentary. Complex wifi code changes daily, not explained in check in. Breakfast is room service and evening meal is same every night. "

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."

"The hotel was a lovely stay. Fantastic end to a hectic few days. Staff friendliness was good, especially on arrival and in the restaurant. Not so good in reception in the morning as they failed to even mention taking payment for airport drop off, and failed to realise whilst not included in booking was on paperwork as i had requested in the morning. "Very good property in terms of location, service quality, appointment of rooms, food quality and tariff. Only downside is the bill of fare at the restaurant. It exceeds the best fine dining restaurants and blow a hole in the pocket in case one stays for 3-4 days."
