"Staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! This resort is family friendly with fun events such as the foam party that’s held on some evenings. I would highly recommend this beautiful property with a private beach to anyone planning a visit to Boracay. Transportation is easily accessible from the main lobby to the gate where you can easily hop onto a e-tricycle and be on your way to the D-Mall or check out restaurants on the main road. Visiting Boracay and staying at this resort was a wonderful experience where everyone is very humble and welcoming!!"

"Beautiful place and wish I could stay longer"

"We had a fantastic stay at Aqua Boracay! The hotel is clearly new and as it’s on the other, less developed side of the island, it benefits from a lot more space. This means the pool area is as stunning as the pictures and was a real treat to chill there. What really stands out is the service as every colleague is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They are consistent in their greeting and desire to help, no matter the time of day. We had a nice room which was spacious and nicely laid out, and was only one of the lower spec rooms so if you bag a suite then you’re in for a treat! The hotel is about a 5 min walk to D’Mall and no more than 10 mins to the beach at station 2, so isn’t in the main action but close enough to be there quickly and step away from the chaos to a quieter resort. The hotel also offers an hourly shuttle to and from D’Mall if you need it. Other than being in a quieter location the only other watch out the beach on this side is less developed and mainly for Kite surfers. If you want to relax at the beach and hire sun lounger / gets drinks then you’ll need to go to the main side of the island. This also meant it was very windy! It’s great that no one can smoke on their balcony but our only improvement would be that our room was at back of complex, near the smoking area, which meant we got the rancid smell of smoke every time we left our staircase (not in room) so would be good to give smokers these rooms as smell is awful. Overall a great stay at Aqua Boracay! "

"We, had some date changes & this was no problem, they accept without issue, then we found we had left an important document in the left luggage at the hotel, we were on another island, it was no problem they arranged a security team to open the luggage & email the documents to us , again without any problems, the staff at the hotel are all magnificent, as this why we will stay at this hotel always when in Cebu , on this trip of 8 weeks , we will return 4 times , it’s simply the BEST, thank you to the Team at Quest Cebu "

"Amazing hotel for family and especially young children "

"The hotel is outstanding, the only thing to note is a lack of hot water in the shower and the wifi not properly working in the common areas. The facilites are great "
