"Our 11 day stay was wonderful! We checked in from beginning of Christmas week to end of New Years week. All staff from the driver that took us to the hotel ( specifically Anthony) our 3 room attendants (Kent, Ian & Nina). The three kept our room cleaned and were very quick when we needed anything from housekeeping. The bar staff at the SkyPool were also great. They did an excellent job during the New Year celebration. "My stay was great all around! I celebrated my birthday there and the staff even sang to me and gave me cake. Everyone was friendly, the pools were amazing, the grounds were always maintained and kept clean and our room was always made up and spotless. "I’d highly recommend Holiday Inn for the sheer hospitality of their staff. After a disappointing stay at another property, STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN WAS A DELIGHTFUL CHANGE! We attended their New Year’s Eve party as well, and my only complaint is that the liquor was not worth the price we paid… but that’s a minor inconvenience, compared to the food, festivities and the ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT STAFF HOSPITALITY!"
