"This has been one of my favourite places to stay since visiting Philippines. The service is unmatched by any five star hotel. The staff are attentive there for you. every day saying hello good morning. Good evening intending you every need. The location is also fantastic! Right in the heart of station two you can walk anywhere in a few minutes. We stayed in a premium deluxe with pool access so we could walk right out our patio door into the pool"

"This is a beautiful well keep and well maintained resort . I would have given it 5 stars but it lack in customer sevice. Do get me wrong the staff were super nice and respectful everywhere from room service to the pool maintenance,gardeners,room9, breakfast staff, i cant say enough about them. So what was wrong, no follow up asking if you would like another drink or dessert etc etc. Sat at the beach area an ordered a cold one and that was it never heard from anyone untill i had to walk back up...
