"The property was quiet and everyone was nice. Bed was comfort and had plenty of towels. TV reception was not good and only got a couple of channels. The room did not have any water pressure so the water just trickled. We notified the security guard when we arrived late and he called maintenance but it was never fixed. "I stayed for two nights before the Super Bowl and it was a good value. The apartment I stayed in was clean, well maintained, a good size and just two blocks from the French Quarter. "DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. "The location couldn't have been more central, steps away from all of the major downtown attractions. The unit is modern, spacious and clean. While we were there, the historic snowstorm had just happened and the city was under a boil advisory. We suspect that is what led to a smell in the 3rd bedroom (which had a hot water heater in the closet), rendering it unusable. Roamie staff were responsive, and although it couldn't get fixed during our 2-night stay, Roamie made it all good with a discount."

"The room was spotless and the host was so easy to communicate with. The property location has easy access to all the sights and transportation. No need for car rental. I highly recommend this property. "

"My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just a short walk to the Quarter. My only wish is that there was more affordable parking. However, had I known what a short walk it was to everything, I wouldn’t have rented a car. Just something to keep in mind, if driving. Overall, would highly recommend. Will be staying again on my next visit to this beautiful city!"

"The Stay was great , I would definitely book again !! Would have given 5 stars except for some minor things that can be easily fixed. 1. Signage ( hard to find ) 2. T.V. wasn't able to stream ( no local connection ) 3. Was without hot water for about 8 hours , but was fixed. "

"We were greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman who went above and beyond to welcome us. The front desk was wonderful at check-in and check-out. The location was great at the French quarters. Easy walk to river, canal street, and French quarters. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. No complaints. We would stay here again. "

"2nd time staying at this property. New Orleans vibe and somewhat convenient to Canal St, French Quarter restaurants and shopping. Decent walk or quick uber ride to most. Make sure you complete your online check in prior to arrival! Also register your vehicle and pay for parking in advance. They eliminated the valet service so it’s self park a few blocks away. It’s hybrid self serve minimal human interaction experience. That’s ok if you are able to navigate in that environment. The only recommendation is our bathroom definitely needed some TLC. "
