"Mold in bathroom, stain on bathroom ceiling, mold on blinds in bathroom, wall paper in room needs replacing it's old and tired and peelings off, mirrors and glass need cleaning, carpet in hallway need steaming or replacing, seems to be only one lift working This should and could be a 4 star hotel But at the moment I would not give it any star's with a little bit of work ie painting, getting rid of blinds they only create mold , re-grouting around the sink ,and giving the rooms a good clean at...

La chambre étant disponible avant l’heure dite on me propose de m’y installer contre un supplément financier conséquent quasiment la 50% du prix de la nuitée . Indigne d’un quatre étoiles. La prestation du petit déjeuner était franchement moyenne. Point positif la chambre spacieuse agréable et propre grâce au personnel d’étage au petit soin....

No room has everything illustrated/listed. Missleading to the point of bait-and-switch advertising. Room not cleaned or ready at 2pm check-in time. Staff spoke no English. Did not feel safe even in daylight. Did not stay. "
