"First time at this hotel and first time in Paso Robles. When we arrived at the hotel, granted a bit earlier than expected, we were told that our room was not ready. No problem the receptionist, Sandra, was extremely sympathetic and she gave us great tips on what to see and do during our stay. Sandra knows what customer service is all about."

"We had a wonderful stay at High Ridge Manor. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was lovely; very spacious and comfortable. It had a gas fireplace and space heater, which provided plenty of warmth. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing. She greeted us when we arrived, and had snacks and wine waiting. "This place is a real find. The staff is great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The facilities are very nice with great amenities in room and on the property. Everything is clean and well maintained. The included breakfast (with an omelette bar) was great. I hate to call it a great value because someone might think it’s a budget hotel, but it’s actually a very nice hotel for a great price. I don’t know how many times I’ll ever go back to Paso Robles, but I wouldn’t bother looking at any other hotels. It’s my hotel for Paso."
