"Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. I mean, truly amazing and relaxing. Beautiful pool. Fun game room. The problems: This is a long way from Villavicencio! 70,000+ pesos each way, to and from. There are no refrigerators in room now, since Pandemic. There are no restaurants nearby so after 9pm or so, suggest you have food in room. The large garden...

"I love to tell, how beautiful it was, but the property, management and owner, have not respect, afper booking my trip in advance and following all guidelines with expidia, we arrived at the hotel and guess what no room available they offer the room to someone else for a higher price. I will never stay on that place and I dont recomend to any one."
