I was a ā€œThe stay itself was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I was charged double for an extra person, even though I had already paid for that in advance. I tried to resolve it during my stay, but the issue wasnā€™t corrected. This was disappointing and affected my overall experience.ā€it was to expensive and I was not happy at all, the excuse they gave me it was the booking apply for the hotel in BogotĆ” event do that I show the confirmation booking email sent by the hotel

I stayed at this property as a last minute trip - the hotel was beyond my expectations. A bit outdated as it was recently purchased from previous owners but I have no doubt Tequendama Hotels will update every bit of the hotel. I rate hotel 10/10. It was absolutely wonderful.

They placed us in a room near where they were having a party. It was 12 at night and we couldn't sleep. We were about to leave the hotel at that time to go look for another one because we had some cardiology exams at 6:00 a.m. A total disaster. They did not respect the tranquility of the guest

The personal is unprofessional, is not organization , first they canā€™t find my already paid reservation for check in , hotels.call them to fixie the issue but the worst was in the check out , they let my family wait for more of 45 minutes because they can find the paid receipt, after all this embarrassment time they finally find that the reservation was paid totally in advance , causing my family be late and lose the return transportation.
