Great stay

Can’t complain the hotel was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Only thing I would add is towels only one towel and more blankets for the bed.

No frills hotel

The room was huge and has just the essentials. I appreciate the A/C because it was really hot in August. There's a rooftop pool too,. Perfect location, just minutes from everything and two overpass bridges in walking distance.

A la llegada al hotel el recepcionista parecía molesto y no me dió información sobre lo que incluía mi reserva. La habitación que me asignaron fue una hándicap, pero esto afectó la experiencia en el baño, ya que solo había una regadera de teléfono a una altura no mayor de 1.5 m, no tenía regadera de techo. La habitación estaba algo sucia cuando llegué, el baño con tierra y cabellos, y aún después de hacer la limpieza en la habitación, había áreas de oportunidad. Reserve para 4 personas, y las amenidades siempre las contemplaron para 3 personas. De las 4 noches que estuve en el hotel, solo ocupe 1 para el desayuno, y me comentaron que solo incluía 3 personas, me cobraron el desayuno de una persona. En la habitación se escuchaba el ruido de la recepción y gente trabajando alrededor desde las 7:00 am. Fue difícil descansar hasta tarde

Dejó mucho que desear, lo único rescatable son las camas, cómodas y el personal del restaurante que fueron amables en todo momento, tuvimos un problema en específico con la camarista, no hizo la limpieza de forma adecuada en la habitación, no lavó el baño y solo trapeo el piso de una sola pasada desde el baño hasta la salida, pusimos ese reporte en la recepción y al otro día la camarista muy grosera fue a gritarnos a la habitación, y nos prohibió estar presentes cuando ella hiciera el aseo, tuvimos que salirnos mientras hacía el aseo, al otro día nos llamaron de recepción que habíamos ensuciado un tapete el cual teníamos que pagar que se lo habían reportado la camarista un día antes, (la misma camarista que nos fue a gritar), y cuando bajamos a ver a recepción para ver a qué se referían y nos enseñaron un tapete completamente sucio de excremento, cosa que nosotros no habíamos ensuciado y la camarista mencionó que nosotros estábamos presentes cuando ella lo sacó (no fue cierto, porque ella nos prohibió estar dentro de la habitación), al final tuvimos que pagar para no hacer más grande el problema, pero la recepción nunca hizo pro investigar el problema y simplemente le dio más valor a la palabra de la camarista grosera que a nosotros como clientes. No recomiendo, eviten pasar mal rato con cierto personal, y el hotel no apoya en nada.
