"We came here for my fiances birthday and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and we were checked on daily. Anyone who stays here would love it. I thank the staff for being so kind. This is hard to come by lately so it is very much appreciated."

"We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order. The games room was available and we played some foosball, pool and air hockey, but two of the 4 arcade games were out of order. When travelling with two young kids....what else are you...

"Room size was great, comfy bed, shower tub was a little tough to get in/out due to wide tiling. Great meals onsite. But was shocked at the price of a small handcream @ $6.51 USD 😳 It would have been $2 at the most elsewhere. Mini golf was fun as well. Did not travel with kids but there were lots of activities for them. Would def recommend and hope to return…"

"Beautiful property on the lake. Incredible sunsets from the room balcony! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the lake and both meals were fantastic. Geese and ducks are so adorable on the property. Great for kids if they like to feed the ducks. "
