"This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great."

"Cannot fault the apartment although we only 1 cup and they could be more generous with the tea and coffee. This is not accomodation for people without cars.no cabs and the station too far. The bus service is good but you have no idea where it is as no communication/maps given"

"The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. "

"It was a nice stay. The property fits more hostel rules but has separate rooms for each guest party. Nice staff at the front desk. Food was ok but a little too expensive for what was included ( or maybe we just hit the wrong date/time). Careful with garage parking if you have a big car. As in many places in Europe everything is small . Close to public transportation. During the summer buses run free of charge. "

"We had a lovely and comfortable stay. The hotel and our room, though small, are very clean and modern. It’s an easy walk to the old town, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. They have a small room for luggage storage if you arrive before your room is ready, or have to check-out before you actually leave town, which was nice and convenient. We would stay here again. "

"Really lovely hotel, especially the newer renovated rooms. The area around is stunning, with loads of dining and drinks options and the station is just a 2 mins walk. The bus to the lake is easy to catch by the station too and takes 7 mins, so very convenient. The only downside I would say it’s that it’s not made clear that the outdoor pool is only accessible with a spa pass, so it’s worth booking a spa-access room. Otherwise they will offer to upgrade you for 81 euros per night, or buy a 3 hr spa pass for 35 euro, but when we tried that they were fully booked. It’s cheaper to do it when booking on Expedia etc. The indoor spa areas and beautiful and very relaxing. Really great hotel but could do better communicating the outdoor pool access when booking."
