"The shuttle pick up was ok. The return excellent. Communication with desk good. Rooms are ok for one night stay. Highlight is the rooftop. Good for a drink totally relaxing for dinner. Staff are getting there Not excellent but pleasant. Good solution. I would certainly not recommend walking from airport or back. Also be careful which terminal you arrive at because seems there are 2 domestic arrival terminals and no3 is 4 ks away."

"The hotel was nice but it's so noisy! A lot of unnecessary noise like chair was moving on other room which is so annoying. Staff was friendly and food at the breakfast buffet was reallh nice. "

"By the look of the exterior and lobby of the hotel, it is a five star worthy resort. The room itself is not as luxurious. The room furnitures show signs of wear & tear. The bed is one of hardest bed, and it hurts my back. The shower drain is also cloggng, and it drains slowly. There are no hair conditioner nor body lotion. The pool is nice, not too busy and not much chemicals in the water. We have free breakfast and bottle water. The only dinning room is huge, with two service buffet areas. The food is above average. Vinholiday provided us free unlimited Vinbus. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Free bus to night market and shopping. We enjoyed the bus rides. We even used it to Sunset town (half way). We also enjoyed the discounted tickets to VinSafari and VinWonder. The free shuttle runs every half hour. We had to fight our way on the last bus after VinWonder water show. Human sardines on the last bus back to the hotel. We also like the beach and the Grand World area. We enjoyed the hotel and breakfast. "
