I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. "The whole experience was amazing from start to finish! The room was lovely and warm! Breakfast was delicious and the location for me anyways was fantastic with an outlet and supermarket literally less then 5 mins walk and old Riga about 20 mins walk over the bridge.. no complaints from me. My one and only thing I would say is the hairdryer wasnt working continuously but it isn't enough to drop the score."

The things I liked the most: very friendly & helpful staff; very clean & comfortable beds; clean & nice bathroom. Also there are issues for improvement: WiFi internet was lost several times for a certain periods; LCD TV is a subject for upgrade (small diagonal of 23 inch & not possible to connect external devices like USB memory stick with media files); light bad odour from bathroom...

"I honestly don’t know why people stop at This hotel & complain. It’s very cheap very warm & Cosy, not far from the town. If you want 5 star hotel then you need to pay 5 star prices. The breakfast was ok as well "
