Staff needs to be more responsive and well trained. Had to continually chase for small requests. Hotel is pricey compared to the facilities it offers. Overall, hotel needs to invest considerably in staff training for a better client experience. "

"Property is centrally placed, but management or owners are not maintaining properly. One room phone did not worked, another room a/c did not worked lastly the room we were given, tv did not worked. The room is ot properly cleaned, able to see black lace of mud on our foot...."
