"Hotel is conveniently located on MG Road which is prime arterial road and shopping area. Rooms need better sound proofing as there is incessant traffic noise. Staff needs to be more responsive and well trained. Had to continually chase for small requests. Hotel is pricey compared to the facilities it offers. Overall, hotel needs to invest considerably in staff training for a better client experience. "

"The room was nice and comfortable. Lots of hot water. The breakfast was tasty. The only issue was they couldn’t find my booking when we arrived. "

"This property is not what it shows in photographs or lists its various amenities. There is no parking. There is no restaurant. The hotle is literally in a small road off the main road above a Bata shop. The towels were grey in colour instead of white. The whole hotel and room were stinking. The photograph is a lie. Really disappointed. We had to find another place to stay in Vijaywada. Please don't stay here if you are a couple or a family."

"It is very close to railway station. There is no regular restaurant. Breakfast only served which is obtained from another hotel. Opposite one. Restaurant available. Hotel is good for family as well. One problem is with online booking check in and check out we have to follow. With direct booking they allow 24hrs check out. But the rate is slightly more with direct booking."
