"The shoe box size 2 bed apartment we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures and was very tired and shabby. Beds were used for sofas with well worn covers. There is an extra charge for everything other than parking which is included. We paid extra for sheets for the beds which of course we then had to make ourselves. "Very nice hotel with a superb view of Lake Geneva from the deluxe room. Train station and an Aldi very close to the hotel. Supermarkets not open on a Sunday. The staff were lovely at the hotel and the shuttle service to the airport was superb. Our only gripe was that the breakfasts were lukewarm or cold as well as a very expensive evening meal. Not many other eating options in the vicinity. Otherwise lovely. "

"The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake. "
