"What an unbelievable stay. The property was better than I had expected. Extremely clean, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable we had the best sleep. The reception wasn’t 24/7, and we had an issue with the door link on arrival, but they sorted everything very quickly. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Great location, beautiful rooms!

"The location of the Art Resort Galleria is excellent, right on Via Toledo - a busy shopping area with plenty of sides streets with dining options. We felt very safe, there was always police presence around the area and it is very walkable. It is also right by the port, so access to the ferry over to Sorrento is very convenient. Taxis are also available directly outside the hotel if you need to go anywhere else, and was very quick to the train station. The room itself was very beautiful and well appointed. One thing to be aware of - our shower had a large step up and over the tub to enter, which also meant a large step over the tub and down to the floor to exit. The breakfast was not worth the 12euro, but was convenient for a quick stop. There are plenty of coffee/pastry places (and a McDonalds) directly downstairs. We had difficulty finding the entrance upon arrival, it is not highly visibly marked as it is in the mall, and the lobby is not on the ground floor. Make sure you know where it is. The elevator is also very small and very slow. "
