"I loved how our room had a balcony to enjoy the sun rise and sun set. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It does loud with all the sirens from the ambulances driving by every 10 mins but if at night you wear ear plugs it’s fine! I slept great. The hotel is at a very convenient location with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Breakfast buffet was good and everyone was very nice!"

"Good location, steps from Campo De’ Fiori and close to Piazza Navona. Property was clean. Staff was very helpful with tips getting around the area and also going above and beyond, even packing breakfast to-go for us since we had to catch an early train. Thank you Lara! "Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

"Very conveniently centrally located on the 64 bus route from Rome Termini. The room was very clean, tastefully decorated in a modern but simple style. The bathroom was a great size and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend. As with many of these apartment buildings there are many stairs although there is a lift to every other floor. I would happy stay there again and recommend. "

"1st impression were a little worrying. The outside is not very inviting. Breakfast was a short walk to another hotel. However, all our worries disappeared once we met Olive. Breakfast was excellent as was the location 10/10! Happy to return and recommend to friends and family. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Medusa. The staff were very attentive. We were locked out of our room one evening and someone came quickly to assist us. We were able to walk easily to all of the places we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants and shops close by."

"We loved our room and the staff was very friendly! The only thing that was not as desirable was the very busy street, however that is not a reflection of the hotel and more so the whole city of Rome. We would stay again due to the amenities and comfortable bed!"

"This place is gorgeous! Super elegant on every front from the bar to the restaurant to the rooms. Every detail is thought through from the products in the rooms to the fluffy robes and various pillow selections. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. It really over delivered. "I was very pleased with this property. Our host Anthony waited outside and greeted us when we arrived. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a central location which makes it very accessible to all the historical sites. With that said it can be loud once the city wakes up, so I would suggest ear plugs if you want to sleep in. I would definitely recommend staying here for its convenience and charm."

Fantastic Stay in an Amazing Hotel.

"An amazing and well located hotel, within easy reach of all the main attractions. All of the staff go above and beyond to help you in any way they can, they are a true credit to the hotel. Breakfast is good and the rooftop bar offers so quiet space to wind down with a cocktail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Rome to see the sights."
