The bed was comfortable and they provided everything I needed. "no problems but the manager was really kind friendly and apologetic but the room and the condition of the room and the hotel was not what one would expect for a hotel in a place like Switzerland let alone VEVey. it is tired, it needs painting and an overhaul and the room that I got was tiny, almost no light , dark. dingy and unappealing. I heard the rooms on the front of the house might be better but to be charging them rice for this room is daylight robbery "
