"The reception staff is very friendly and they sit with you with a map and point out the good restaurants as well as places to visit. However be prepared as you will only get one small bottle of water per stay and if you call for them to provide you with ice they will charge you 10 Euros to bring it to your room. Additional water is also 5 Euros so you are better of walking around the corner and buy a big water bottle for .50 Euro. "

"The hotel’s location is excellent, right near a vaparetto stop. Staying at this hotel gives you a small taste of life in Venice; challenging! You might have to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs. Many of the rooms will hear party noises (coming from the bars and restaurants around it) most of the night. "The hotel was great for our stay and 3 minutes or so to the train station, but it was still very quiet. We used the train to go to Venice 2 days and one day each to Verona and Milan. The staff was friendly. The beds were quite firm though. The room had a water kettle and a coffee maker. We only ate breakfast there one day prior going to the airport and it was good and had a variety of food. Overall it was excellent for our needs although not luxurious. "

"The hotel was conveniently located just across Venice Mestre train station. The hotel has a very modern concept, room was really nice, clean & spacious. The bathroom was nice but the only concern we have was that the bathtub was a bit elevated. And to get in & out of it, there’s a risk that you can slide or fall. So we have to be extra careful. Breakfast was excellent, loved it. Staff were very nice. The only thing is we did’nt receive our complimentary bottle of wine which the receptionist said we will get when i reminded her of our VIP Gold Status. But overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay in this hotel. Bus stop was also few steps from the hotel to go to the Grand Canal. We highly recommend this hotel for it’s cleanliness & excellent location. "

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "
