"Need to make the elevator less scary.... I did not use it after the first time , I was on the 5th floor and the elevator dropped 10-12 inches at the top. Decided to use all 124 stairs instead."

"Excellent beachside location. We got a sea facing room which had stunning views. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean including the indoor pool and SPA. Location was great for restaurants with a variety of dinner options. Lovely hotel, i would love to go back again. "

"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"
