"Under renovation. A bit of an issue but when completed in April well worth the stay . Located next to restaurants , night life all within walking distance. Going back mid summer."

"Upon check-in, we were surprised to learn that the hotel lobby was closed for renovation, as this information was not readily apparent at the time that we made our reservation. However, there was excellent signage pointing to the temporary lobby on the 1st floor. In addition, the usual accompaniments to renovations (noise, dust, etc.) were not apparent. The staff was helpful, friendly, and have done a great job in accommodating the needs of guests from the temporary lobby, including providing good breakfast options. Pictures of the soon-to-be-complete renovated lobby show a first-class layout. Also, hotel's location is excellent as it is close to restaurant and beach area of Seaward Avenue in Pierpont section of Ventura. Highly recommend a stay here as it offers excellent value."
