"Everything was really good including service and facilities. Couple of things though: some of the hot items in the breakfast buffet were kept in cold or barely warm condition. All hot food should be hot at all times while in the buffet stations. And second, while making the reservation is not clear that the rates are by person and not by room. "It was good as usual. Wi fi at room 312 was bad. Breakfast in this trip was not as good as back in august but I have to say that girls that run breakfast are on top of everything and deserve to be recognize. The pool is great. Staff is friendly and the location of this property is very special. BTW I been visiting this property way before it changed the name to grand park and I plan to keep staying at it when visiting bogota. "
