Excellent resort with all amenities needed. They have everything available to where you don’t need to leave the resort. My only suggestion to management would be to have other dining options available at the resort besides the bar. Besides that, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. This property is quite far from old San Juan which makes getting around a bit of a hassle with the given traffic. If you’re looking for a resort with complete isolation this is the spot for you; if you want to visit San Juan I’d suggest something closer to that area. We averaged 40-50 minute cab/uber rides with horrible traffic. The resort sits on a very nice private beach BUT the water is very rough so be careful. They have red flags and don’t signs due to strong undertow.

Very beautiful pool area and beach . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.the mini kitchen was good enough and the room had all amenities you might need.The only issue is that they don’t serve breakfast and the hotel is pretty far from old San Juan. You should rent a car if you book this hotel .

The property is nice; other than pot holes in guest parking, the property was well-maintained. Remnants of hurricane Maria were still apparent on neighboring properties but that shouldn’t be considered a deterrent for booking at the Hyatt. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Very nice stay with our kids, pool never crowded, although only one restaurant, the food was good. Friendly staff, never heard any construction noise. Would stay again.

Beautiful beach. Amazing pool especially if you’re a swimmer! There are six! lap lanes!! The staff if very polite and nice. Good gym. Game room and outdoor games and activities. Very quiet and secluded. The room was fairly clean but there were leak marks on the ceiling. Not a big deal but certainly something Hyatt should be ok with.
