"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. "This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back. "

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob...
