Pillows were horrible to sleep on. Noise from the next door room kept me from sleeping, when I complained about it at 2am to the front desk the noise stopped! Also, in the shower the next morning I slipped, lucky I am still young enough to get up, however there's no phone for emergency in the bathroom. ...
