"Great little boutique property with an aesthetic pool, clean rooms, and wonderful breakfast. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good AC and comfy beds. The pool has limited sunshine in the winter months but it was relaxing and beautiful. Staff was very helpful. Just a few blocks from the night market, morning market, and a bustling downtown make it a great location for the city. Would recommend!"

"We liked how quiet it was, but it was quite far from town to walk. You paid extra if you wanted breakfast. But we have more fun eating in town. At times, the lack of english was a bit of a problem, but if the owner were there, it was easy. We stayed 4 nights and they cleaned the room after the third night. Nice people. "

"Our host was one of the most accommodating that I have had anywhere in my travels. The property is absolutely spotless and the rooms are large with a very clean bathroom. The same host was able to book us transportation to the nearby waterfalls on very short notice. Our breakfast was amazing as well."

"Overall, I really enjoyed to stay guest house. Owner Sam and all staffs , especially front desk day time young man who can speak little English and Chinese. Owner Sam who has been USA for 10 years so he really have common sense for service. Thank you all! khobchai!"
