"Staff were really helpful. Room was nice and dark for sleeping with good blackout drapes. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Used the sauna which was very relaxing. Partner used the gym discount and was very happy. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. "

Hotel Uman is within walking distance of all Umeå museums, university, river walk, shopping and ferry to Vaasa Finland. The food is excellent (breakfast and dinner) and both are free! The staff is superior---very friendly and accommodating. Hotel Uman is the place to stay in Umeå."
