"I was expecting quality and that's what I received this thing at Public. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The only drawback was the TV service that they had was not working. I could use my phone to stream to the television but the actual cable they had set up was not working. However, they did refund me the full $275 all access fee because of it. The food at Popular was fantastic. The juice bar and accompanying cafe was also excellent and convenient. The rooftop bar has excellent views of the city. The location is perfect since you have easy access to all the subways, Nolita, and all that the Lower East Side has to offer. I would definitely go back."
