"The hosts were excellent, responsive. The rooms were clean and well appointed and maintained. The included breakfast was fantastic with far more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. My only complaint was the A/C was not working in our room, and it was pretty warm for September. Our friends across the hall said theirs worked great and their room was very comfortable. There is parking and it was safe off the street for a small extra fee, about a 5 minute walk from the property."

"Alina was the manager/host and amazing as were her staff. Always friendly smiling and helpful. Place was perfect. Safe, spotless and great location. From the airport you can take the Alibus for 4 euros pp and it stops right across the street. It only takes -5 min or so. I highly recommend this hotel. Also good breakfast with as many cappuccinos that you can drink made fresh and weather was great so we had breakfast on the terrace. At night not a sound was heard!"

"Great location, large room, amazing staff! Only some music noice on Saturday night from the surrounding bars and restaurants lasted till 2 am. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but make sure to ask for earplugs if you’re staying on Saturday! Everything else was great!!"

"This is a very nice B&B right on a vibrant piazza! The breakfast was on a rooftop with a nice view and the breakfast choices were fresh and included many options! The front desk is not always covered, but they provide you with multiple names to contact if you have questions including using what’s app and they are immediately available. They arranged an airport shuttle for us and they arrived timely! We enjoyed our stay here very much! "

"We stayed for one night before our flight home. The location is very convienient for getting to the airport. Emanuele was a great host and the communication was excellent. Sadly we were unable stay for the breakfast as we had an early flight. However, the breakfast options seemed abundant. We appreciated the water and pop in the small fridge in our room. "Upon receiving directions from the bus stop we walked down sketchy alleys full of prostitution and drug dens. While we never made it to the house due to pure fright we would not recommend this place solely due to the surrounding areas. The host assured us it was a fluke but it was a little too close for comfort. "

"Lovely hosts and staff. Host communicated check in instructions very early. The bed was VERY comfortable!! The bathroom was clean and nice as well. Also AC in the room was nice for those who prefer AC. The breakfast options were very nice for the price. A variety of cakes, yogurts, and some cereal with both soy/regular milk. We paid at the property and they do not take card, so make sure to have cash on hand. The only feedback I have is that it was very noisy early this morning (around 7am), so...

"Rob and Christina are brilliant. Rob is a great chap. Affable, considered and considering with a generous heart and stupendous taste in music. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the good, the bad and the rip off in the vicinity; straying from his wisdom is inadvisable. He and Christina have anecdotes aplenty, and Christina in full flow is a sight to behold - a sister cat - her eyes glow. "The owner has been super helpful with the reservation & arriving process. The room is so well decorated, comfy king bed & amenities. All in walkable distance, per her advice, we rented the car in Catonia when ready to leave Catania. No need, just walk. Great food!"

"We struggled to find the Epimoni B&B but once we did the rest was pure joy. Located on the 3rd floor (yes there was an elevator) of a multi-use building, the owner and hostess (Kati was her name but I probably spelled it wrong) made us feel right at home. The room was nicely appointed and welcoming. Breakfast daily was served on the outside terrace. "Lovely hotel, good choice of restaurants, comfortable beds by the pool, large private beach with sunbeds included for guests. Walking distance to Giardini-Naxos and just a 10 minute walk from Recanati bus station where there are frequent buses to Taormina and Catania Airport. Only minor negatives were the paper cups in the room and the shower gel was not replenished when it ran out. Also, on the last day, the showers were quite a distance from the luggage room. But otherwise a very good stay, well worth the price for the location."

"We traveling back home to USA after a 2 week vacation in Sicily. Lovely hotel great location! The only bummer our Google map took us through the small city streets which took at least an hour to find. The same was true of the parking. That said I would definitely recommend this property and stay again! "

"OMG this hotel was an absolute GEM. Super clean and bright. The room was very comfortable and the view of the Ionian Sea was spectacular. They presented the best breakfast during our 3 week tour of Italy and Sicily. Every single Employee we had contact with was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. We will be back for a longer stay. "
