"Property (building) is older, as can be expected in downtown area of Palermo. Rooms were overall clean but could use a little updating. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Staff was friendly and very helpful! "

"Nice rooms and comun area. No elevator and had to carry suite cases 3flights!! Had no water for a day and a half do to a breakdown. Great breakfast and location!!"

"B&B pulito e molto carino, la proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile. Buona la colazione. Fosse più vicino al centro (che comunque è a circa 10min a piedi) sarebbe proprio perfetto. Ottima struttura, sicuramente consigliata!!!"

"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. "The property had a style befitting the coastal area of Palermo, was very comfortable and accomodating, and had friendly staff. Being so close to a walking friendly area and the coast made it easy tl explore and enjoy our time there to the fullest."
