"I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. The service was fantastic, and breakfast was delivered right to our room, allowing us to enjoy our meal in privacy. The receptionist was responsive to our requests and served us with great joy. "Room is located in a separate building opposite the main hotel. Very secure, easy access, there is a lift but there are some steps. Room very clean, comfortable, modern & spacious. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is in the main hotel, a very plentiful buffet including hot & cold food. Staff are friendly, welcoming & helpful. Check-in/out easy & efficient. "

"Fabulous experience in a beautiful mountain setting. We had no idea when we booked it that the drive to it would be on winding roads up the mountain but turned out to be okay. It certainly was worth the trip to stay in this hidden gem. Loved the donkeys and chickens and the lovely dog Bella. Hosts were lovely. The food was wonderful. Had great hikes thanks to their direction. "

"This was a spacious, clean, convenient and affordable property in the heart of Verona that we stumbled upon, and I am so glad that we did!! The unit layout is modern inside a historic building with a view of the arena and the delightful Osteria Puntara just around the corner. "Communications prior to arrival regarding the check-in procedure were thorough and clear. Location is central, you can’t get anymore central than it! Room was comfortable. Snacks provided daily were a really nice touch. I highly recommend this place for staying. A suggestion might be to have a bin in the room, in addition to the small one in the bathroom."

"Clean , comfortable, with well equipped kitchen for communal use , great roof terrace . Good supermarket 5 minutes walk away , Aldi 20 minutes walk away . Bus numbers 21 to 24 to and from the railway station and also serve the city centre. Pleasant 25 minute walk to the Roman Arena . "

"Spacious room, but very sparsely furnished, although functional. Beds were more like cots. Breakfast was good. Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."
