"My room was lovely with a lot of beautiful wood. The front desk were wonderful. There is a walking trail right beside the hotel and a bus stop very close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very good and there was even a bakery. "

"Love the hotel embedded within older buildings within Tirano, yet still fully contemporary. Great location. Very spacious room, and enormous bathroom. Superb brrakfast, especially all of the local cheeses, fruit juices, yogurts, etc. The only reason for 4 atars rather than 5 was just how hard the bed was. For a side sleeper that us unbelievably uncomfortable and making for a more restless night. For mu stomach sleeping husband, it was perfect."

"Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The hotel provided a lot of complimentary extras including breakfast, which was a delicious assortment of options, metro cards for free travel on buses and trains within the region, a free drink / cocktail, and passes to the local hot pools. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we are ever in the area."

"The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. We checked in early so we could take advantage of the Engadin discount card that included the chair lift to Alp Languard. When we returned to the hotel, they had already put our suitcases in our room. Also we needed to checkout early to catch the Glacier Express train and the staff came early to allow us to eat breakfast before we left and even drove us to the train station!"

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "

"It was raining very hard when we arrived and we didn’t want to go out. The staff showed us to our rooms and arranged for a table at the hotel restaurant. The food was the best I had in Switzerland. Then the next day at breakfast the food was once again delicious and varied. Our room was small but fun and there weren’t many other rooms sharing the communal bathroom The biggest perk was the spa! "Hotel Centrale is a jewel hotel. The staff at reception, Giovanni and Irena, were friendly and helpful and it showed that they really care about their guests having a great stay. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the washroom was very clean. They served a very good breakfast.The location was within walking distance of the train station and excellent restaurants. It was a good starting point for walks around the beautiful city. We would highly recommend this hotel."
