"Lovely old hotel in a beautiful Swiss village. Really like the old skool vibe of this hotel. Nice friendly staff. Our suite was very large with a huge terrace. Sadly no outdoor chairs in March which was a shame as the weather was fabulous. 2 full bathrooms. Very uncomfortable sofa. Bed a bit on the small side for the size of room. "The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great."

"The hotel is just across a small bridge from the Signalbahn tram at St. Moritz Bad. The breakfast buffet is substantial, as is the three-course dinner if booked. Great location for skiing. Free parking in their lot."

"Hotel Baren is a lovely Swiss hotel right next to the bus stop for skiing in transportation around. It’s right by the bobsled and the skeleton.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The Spa and Pool with both a hot tub and a sauna were wonderful. Don’t forget to book a masseuse right there at the spa. The staff is so helpful. The Mountain View‘s from our balcony and bedroom were lovely. "

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "
