"Typical Portuguese style hotel built 30 years ago. Now a Taj property. Service not upto Taj standard especially Reception staff. Bit slow. Nice ambiance. Rooms are real heritage type n big. Portico u hv to squeeze your self. High tea horrible. At least they gave nice dosa. Cold tea. One small not so exciting bar. Food ok not super. The adjacent property Horizon is supposed to be modern with great view of the sea, The Heritage is closer to sea n few steps away. The beach is black sand . Bit muddy to have a dip. Good enough for a morning or evening walk. Half Taj standard property. "

"We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional. "

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott, especially since it was my first time in India, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was truly blown away by the staff. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service—everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and accommodating. No request was too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated the warmth and hospitality of each person I encountered. I’ll carry their kindness with me for a long time. The breakfast offered a nice variety, with fresh juices. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel itself is somewhat tucked away, so if you're walking, be prepared for a bit of a stroll to reach the beach and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel, and it’s the outstanding staff who truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for everything!"
