"Was a bit of a challenge getting into the property. Where the address takes you on Google maps isn't actually the entrance. There is a series of steps to unlock the doors - the exterior and then the apartment door, that have a few tricks to sort out. Once we got in the place was well kept and felt safe. The area outside seemed a little sketchy but we never had any issues. There was a taxi stand out front that helped us get taxis fairly easily. "

"I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning. "

"The flat is in the central location, 15 min on public transport from Duomo. There are good restaurants around. The flat itself is ok, not in the best condition, in need of renovation, but it's ok for staying there when you're up for exploring the city instead of spending the majority of your time inside. "The personnel is always making sure that your stay is agreable and if anything is needed there are available to answer to your needs. Special thank you to the young Asian lady ( forgive me for not knowing your name ) who made the reservation at a great restaurant and was always ready to help. All the staff is smiling and making sure that our needs and requests are fulfilled, but a special thank you to Luca with whom we had great laughs and conversation every night when we returned from our dinner. Bravo to Magville."
