Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Limited Breakfast Options
I stayed at [Hotel Name] recently and was very disappointed with the experience.
1. Staff and Service: The staff were unhelpful and inattentive, which made my stay uncomfortable. I felt that my concerns were not addressed properly, and there was a lack of professionalism in how they handled guests.
2. Breakfast Options: The breakfast was very limited, with almost no options for vegetarians. It felt like they didn’t consider dietary preferences at all, which is quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
I expected better quality and service based on the hotel’s reputation and price. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve.
