"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Whatever they offer on the website is not accurate and they couldn't even provide infant beds so my children were falling off the bed. I made the booking on the road specifically because they were offering infant beds but upon late arrival as me and my family were on the road whole day they said is nothing available. "I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the venue in which I was there to attend. I was pleasantly surprised by Victor who was very helpful. As for the room, I am used to a much bigger space, but I know German hotels are typically much more conservative, so it was what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! It would have been nice to have an extra towel (people with long hair need 2 towels), but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great!...
