"Great location for city center and great infrastructure (swimming pool, spa, parking). The hotel looks like its best days are behind, not renewals in decades. Quirk issues with technology (on line check in is a waste of time, patent reading at the parking entrance did not work). Slow service at the restaurant for dinner. Good mattress and great shower, poor lighting. No phone chargers in one side of the bed. Great views from high floors. "

However, the real differential is the absolutely fantastic staff. They cannot do any more to make you feel welcome and at home. We would love to come back and highly recommend!"
