En las habitaciones se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones contiguas. El personal de la cafetería es bastante amable. En la recepción a pesar de tener a más de dos personas parece q no tienen comunicación y son muy poco intuitivos.

Deja mucho que desear en su limpieza y atención del personal , es realmente molesto e incomodo que no tienes casi privacidad porque se escucha todo en las habitaciones y en su mayoria siempre tienen fiestas o música muy alta , el servicio de desayuno es muy malo , la comida no tiene buen sabor y regalarmente se maneja en un horario de 8 -10am, pero casi siempre a las 9:30 ya no hay que elegir , otro factor importante a considerar y que realmente me molesto demasiado es que no hay agua caliente y nadie hizo nada por resolverlo, estoy hablando que esto sucedio en 3 ocasiones que me hospede , por si fuera poco en el baño hay filtración de agua y esto hace que las habitaciones huelan mal (a cañeria) esto tambien sucedio dos veces , lo unico lindo del lugar es la vista hacia el rio , pero tambien debo mencionar que tienen muy descuidados los alrededores del rio , hay basura ,creo que deberian ser mas responsables con cuidarlo , por último si reservan en las cabañas que estan junto al hotel definitivamente no lo hagan !! estan muy sucias , encontramos manchas en las sabanas y almohadas , demasiado polvo y tienen una iluminacion terrible por la noche . Pd.en las habitaciones del hotel a veces no sirve el aire acondicionado. Piensen dos veces antes de quedarse aquí.

Estuvo horrible la experiencia en ese hotel, a primera vista pareciera que está bonito pero ya estando instalado horrible , hay hormigas, la instalación de las regaderas están inversas y no hay personal que pueda informarte porque no saben , el agua se filtra por todos lados y no hay quien vaya a limpiar después de las 7:00 de la noche porque ya salieron los de mantenimiento . El gerente por supuesto también sale a las 7:00 de la noche y llega después de las 12 del día . Después de las 8:30 no hay servicio de comedor y pues ni modo. Las paredes de las habitaciones son huecas y pues la plática de los del comedor, lo que hacen las personas en sus habitaciones no descansas . No se porque lo califican alto , tiene solo un mes de abierto u todo es un caos . El desayuno incluido para llorar , te ofrecen agua de naranja en lugar de jugo y la única opción de desayuno es huevo. No vale la pena estar ahí todo mal y sin responsable que tome decisiones para solventar todo lo que va sucediendo

Bonito, pero faltan varias cosas en arreglar, la comida súper lenta, más de a horas esperando, luego permitieron una fiesta con bocinas que molestaban todo el hotel, en el baño, las tomas de llave están mal colocadas por lo que el lavabo tiene únicamente agua demasiado caliente y ka regadera tiene agua caliente, creo en general pueden arreglarlo y hacerlo un hotel agradable, no entiendo porque manejan dos administraciones env un hotel …
