"The hotel is placed in a quite and serene town, Urgup. The Host and his team were extremely welcoming and helped us with bookings for tours across all the days we stayed there. "We had an awesome time at this hotel while in Cappadocia. The room was very clean and well furnished. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of the way many times to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They arranged tours and rides for us and even arranged an amazing dinner for us at a very nice restaurant to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I have nothing but good things to say about them, their hotel and our stay there. Highly recommended. "

"This was one of the best experiences of our trip a cherry on top! Our hotel was such a hidden gem! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was fabulous. Amazing overnight stay in Ajwa Spa hotel.

"After visiting Goreme and all the hectic activity, we thought we’d book a hotel away from the main tourist area, so we booked at Ajwa, and have been really impressed by so many aspects of our stay. First up, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The resident artist, Yunus, gave us a tour around his atelier and the hotel’s ceramics collection. The room we stayed in was spotless and stylish with great snacks. We received an early check in, a late check out, which was great. We ate an Iftar set menu in the Zeferan restaurant, which was a fantastic selection of locally grown or sourced produce, and again, the same high level of quality and variety was evident at breakfast. All staff in the restaurant were friendly and made us feel special. We also drank coffee at the Coffee Museum and were impressed by the taste and the range. Also of note was the spa, which was fantastic, with an impressive hammam, steam room and sauna. Ajwa is a hidden gem for anyone wanting a bit of pampering in a relaxed setting. "

Initially, I thought it would just be a place to stay, but it turned out to be so much more. The hotel’s café was also a delightful spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a perfect stay. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Every single person we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it’s a true gem in Cappadocia!"

"Emre was very helpful the room lovely. I think it had heated flooring which was a nice touch. My stay was only short but emre was helpful and the accommodation some of the best I had in Turkey, water replenished daily, strong wifi, good brekky. About 10 min stroll to the main square and shops, which is nice and leaves you out of the hustle bustle. Lovely views from breakfast and back of property. Biggest issue I had was the restaurant recommendation, it was pretty fancy and not the authentic food I wanted-but this is largely reflective of cappodocia where things are angled towards tourists and priced accordingly so local, authentic food at reasonable prices might be largely unattainable in the close vicinity. Would recommend, especially in order to avoid Goreme "
