Sehr laut Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht frühzeitig ausgecheckt. Man sagte mir ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Jetzt weigern sie sich die Rückerstattung zu bezahlen. Bis heute vergebungslos. Auch Expefia konnte mir diesbezüglich nicht weiterhelfen.

Wir haben nur für eine Nacht gebucht und anschließend verlängert. Super tolles Personal, extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön hergerichtet. Frühstück gab es nicht extrem viel Auswahl aber alles was ein Frühstück zu bieten hat war dennoch dabei. Top. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Biz uzun yolculugumuzda durak olarak orada konakladık. Konumu çok güzel her yere çok yakın. Kahvaltısı fena değil. Odalarda klima olmamasına ragmen serindi. Biz ailecek memnun kaldık.

Güzel Deneyim
Ben iki oda rezerve etmiştim ve iki gece konakladım En fazla istediğim hijyen konusunda ziyadesiyle memnun kaldım. Son derece güler yüzlü vs ilgili personel de benim için aradığım kriterler arasında olup bu otelde fazlasıyla bulduğumu belirtmeliyim. Gayet başarılı, bolca çeşitten oluşan bir açık büfe kahvaltı için de memnuniyetimi dile getirmeliyim. Ayrıca şehrin tam merkezinde olması da ciddi bir ulaşım kolaylığı sağlamakta. Bu arada otopark da yok ama otel önündeki sokak oldukça müsait herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Benim için önemli olmasa da başka misafirler için önemli olabilecek ve otel yönetimi için kesinlikle özen gösterilmesi gereken bazı hususlar tam puan vermemi engelledi. Odalarda mini buzdolabı ve belki ilk gün için dolapta odada kalacak misafir sayısı kadar su bulundurmak çok şık olurdu. Resepsiyona ulaşabileceğiniz telefon bulunmuyor. (Bütün odalar böyle mi bilmiyorum tabi. Eğer öyleyse bence önemli bir eksik). Bir de yıpranmış yatak, düzgün çalışmayan banyo fıskiyesi, bir kısmı kapanmayan duşakabin, kapağı menteşesinden çıkmış lavabo altı kapağı, anteni çıkmış TV, askısı olmayan elbise dolabı vs gibi ayrıntılar olumsuz yönleri diyebilirim. Bahsettiğim olumsuz özelliklerin giderilmesi konusunda otel yönetiminin de çaba harcamakta olduğunu öğrendim ama ciddi bir sezon yoğunluğu var sanırım eksiklerin bazıları da biraz bundan kaynaklı. Ezcümle, Memnun kaldım mı? Evet Tekrar gelir miyim? Kesinlikle Evet

Ailecek iki oda kiraladık. Karşılama güleryüzlüydü çok güzel karşılandık. Odlarımız tertemizdi çocuk ile rahatça dinlendik ve sabah yola çıktık kahvaltı yapmadık o yüzden bilmiyorum ama hem fiyat gemde oda temizliğinden dolayı kesinlikle tekrardan geleceğiz. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Otel Ürgüp merkezde konum olarak çok güzel personel ilgili oda büyüklüğü 3 kişilik odada kaldık normal sadece odaların dekoru çok eski kalmış tadilat gerektiriyor.buna rağmen temizlik çok iyi kahvaltısı herçeşitten var bence yeterliydii. Ben e aşırı konfor aramıyorsanız vaktiniz. Büyük çoğunluğu dışarıda geçecekse başka yer aramayın
