Es gab nur einen einzigen Mitarbeiter im Hotel, der offensichtlich überfordert war, was sich negativ auf die Servicequalität auswirkte. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, und das gesamte Hotel machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Der einzige Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die zentrale Lage. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch sehr enttäuschend."
