"Although an old hotel it still has its charm. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is excellent. Although the room was showing its age it was very comfortable. You can hear traffic noise at times but the hotel sits on a busy street. My only concern is that the coffee supplied in your room is 3 in 1. I tried to ask for sugar free option but that seems to confuse the staff. Overall an enjoyable stay"

"Stayed twice at sheraton. During our second stay there was a noise coming out from what we think was the air conditioner. We got moved to another room which was so much better. The hotel is conveniently located to malls and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back."
