"The hotel was in a great position for the town and car parking was a bonus. The room was large and well appointed. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely and much appreciated touch. Breakfast was excellent and all of the members of staff were very friendly and helpful. A great stay and can definitely recommend. "

"This hotel has a lot of facilities and, for a large hotel, is pretty well located. Lots of free parking. As i write this (09/12/24) there is no EV charging but it looks like they are getting ready to install it. Breakfast is great and chilled out The bar can be a bit chaotic but thats down to the conferences held there, not the hotel. The leisure facilities are nice, great for relaxing after a long day! And you can buy swimming shorts there if you need them. The rooms are air conditioned, but the air con can be a little flakey. The only negative thing i have to say about the rooms is the kettles in the rooms dont hold a lot of water, but it is enough to make a cuppa."

"Amazing stay at The Slaughters inn. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked. Room was clean and had fantastic toiletries by L'occitane. Staff were exceptional both helpful and showed true care would definitely recommend. Oh forgot to mention the gardens and the inn is just the prettiest surrounding's so very peaceful"
