"The room doors slam shut rather than closing quietly. People were very loud in the hall ways at all hours. Common space floors were not clean. "

"We stayed at this casino in the past and after an absence of several years discovered ongoing renovations still the norm at this casino On our arrival a paramedic truck at the front entrance blocked off all arriving guests On checking in our agent was brand new and seemed a little ovwhelmed Our usual Tim Hortons coffee stand was replaced by Bear Claw manned by 1 woman in her 60’s trying to serve customers on here own All in all a very mediocre resort going downhill hill fast "

"My stay at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls was decent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and decent place to stay"

"Everything was fine except for the bedding. All the pillows smelled like body odor bad. I can’t figure out how the cleaner didn’t smell them when changing the bedding. I didn’t use them and their systems were down soo their phone wasn’t working to call the desk. Everything else was fine."
