"Loved our stay here and can imagine coming back in the winter. The ski slopes are just by the hotel, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the area is just amazing! The spa is super nice too to relax in after a day of hiking, or skiing in winter. "
"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "This is probably my best stay in Bled. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the view from balcony was spectacular. Parking is easy and there's also a bus stop few steps from the guesthouse. Ana and Nina went above and beyond to make sure I have a great stay with them. Nina's breakfast was probably the best I had in my whole trip in Slovenia, it was so filling and delicious I never left this hotel hungry. "My stay at Vila Alpina was so pleasant, and I would definitely go back. It was only about a 7 minute walk from the lake and 25 minutes to the top of the lake near all the restaurants. Peter (staff) was very friendly and helpful, and even checked me in early. He showed me a map and talked me through activities/reccomendations, and even leant me an umbrella for the rain! I had a lovely stay :) "

"From the moment we arrived at the Grand Hotel Toplice in Lake Bled, we were completely enchanted. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail in the sitting room lobby — and let me tell you, sipping that drink while taking in the most breathtaking view I’ve ever seen felt like a dream.
The service here is in a league of its own — truly the highest caliber I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, warm, and effortless. Our room was absolutely perfect, and I have to give special mention to the water pressure (a small but very important detail for me!) — it was spot on.
The location couldn’t be better — just steps from charming shops, delicious restaurants, and local events. But the crown jewel of our stay? The hotel’s private beach. With bar service, attentive personal butlers, and the best possible access to swim in Lake Bled, it was pure bliss.
I have never recommended a hotel more highly in my life. Out of all of our global travels and experiences with Small Luxury Hotels, this one stands at the very top of my list. We will absolutely be returning — the Grand Hotel Toplice has officially become my favorite stay in the world."
